Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: September 29, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, content, programs, products, courses, memberships, coaching services, digital resources, community spaces, audio, video, downloads, and other offerings provided by Dawn Corbin PLLC, doing business as Dawn Jenyce (“Dawn Jenyce,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the website, purchasing an offering, or participating in our services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website, purchase our offerings, participate in coaching or programs, or join community spaces. By using the website or purchasing an offering, you represent that you are 18 or older and legally able to enter into these Terms.

Educational and Coaching Purpose

Our website, podcast, courses, coaching, meditations, community discussions, downloads, workbooks, exercises, and other materials are provided for educational, informational, personal-development, and coaching purposes.

They are not medical care, psychotherapy, mental-health treatment, diagnosis, legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, or a substitute for services provided by appropriately licensed professionals. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, wellbeing, and use of the information provided.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental-health emergency, contact an appropriate emergency or licensed professional resource in your location.

No Guarantee of Results

Personal development and coaching outcomes vary. We do not promise or guarantee any particular personal, emotional, professional, financial, relationship, business, health, or other result. Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and are not guarantees of what you will experience.

Purchases and Payment

Prices, payment terms, included materials, program duration, access periods, and any recurring charges will be disclosed at or before purchase. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the amount disclosed at checkout.

Third-party payment processors may have additional terms that apply to your transaction.

No-Refund Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable, including digital products, downloads, courses, memberships, group programs, coaching programs, workshops, audio products, and other paid offerings, except where a refund is required by applicable law.

If an offering includes recurring billing or a subscription, cancellation will stop future charges according to the cancellation method disclosed for that offering. Cancellation does not create a refund right for charges already incurred unless required by law.

Scheduling and Participation

Some services may involve scheduled sessions, live calls, Zoom meetings, or other time-based participation. Additional scheduling, rescheduling, attendance, or cancellation terms may be provided for a particular service or program. Those program-specific terms are incorporated into these Terms when presented to you before or at purchase.

Intellectual Property Ownership

The website and all original content and materials created or provided by Dawn Corbin PLLC are owned by Dawn Corbin PLLC or used with permission. This includes, without limitation, written content, course materials, frameworks, methods as expressed in original text or graphics, diagrams, illustrations, worksheets, workbooks, exercises, prompts, audio recordings, meditations, videos, presentations, downloads, logos, graphics, photographs, branding elements, program names, and original compilations and arrangements of content.

Copyright protects original expression to the extent provided by law. Trademark rights protect source-identifying names, phrases, symbols, and branding to the extent provided by law. Nothing in these Terms claims exclusive ownership of ideas, methods, systems, or ordinary words beyond the rights actually available under applicable intellectual-property law.

Self Continuum™ and Other Brand Elements

Self Continuum™ is used as a source-identifying name for Dawn Jenyce’s proprietary body of work and is claimed as a trademark of Dawn Corbin PLLC. The ™ symbol may be used while trademark rights are being claimed and before federal registration.

The phrase “Self-Centered” is also central to Dawn Jenyce’s book and body of work. Where “Self-Centered” is used as a program, series, product, or other source-identifying brand, Dawn Corbin PLLC may claim trademark rights subject to legal clearance and applicable law. No ® symbol should be used unless and until the United States Patent and Trademark Office grants a federal registration.

Dawn Jenyce’s original written explanations, definitions, examples, diagrams, and teaching materials concerning the Self Continuum and her use and re-framing of “Self-Centered” are protected by copyright to the extent they contain protectable original expression. Trademark and copyright do not create ownership over an abstract idea, method, or ordinary dictionary meaning.

Limited Personal License

When you purchase or receive materials from us, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use those materials for your own individual, noncommercial use only, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, sell, sublicense, distribute, translate, adapt, modify, create derivative commercial materials from, teach, train others from, certify others in, publicly display, record, or otherwise exploit our protected materials without prior written permission.

Prohibited Uses of Frameworks and Materials

Without prior written permission, you may not use our protected materials or branding to create or market a competing course, coaching program, workshop, certification, book, workbook, assessment, app, AI/GPT tool, community, training, or commercial methodology that copies or materially reproduces our original expression or falsely suggests affiliation, authorization, certification, endorsement, or sponsorship by Dawn Jenyce or Dawn Corbin PLLC.

Nothing in this provision prevents lawful independent creation or use of unprotected ideas, methods, facts, or ordinary language. It does prohibit unauthorized copying and misuse of protected expression, branding, and source-identifying marks.

Community and Confidentiality

If you participate in a community, group program, live call, or other shared experience, you agree to respect the privacy of other participants. You may not record, screenshot, publish, distribute, or disclose another participant’s personal story, image, voice, or identifying information without that person’s permission and any other permission required by law or program rules.

Third-Party Services and Links

We may use or link to third-party services such as Kajabi, Zoom, Google Drive, PayPal, Calendly, social media platforms, or other providers. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, content, privacy practices, security, or separate terms.

Website Availability and Changes

We may change, update, suspend, discontinue, or restrict parts of the website or an offering when reasonably necessary. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated effective date.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for every individual purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dawn Corbin PLLC and its owners, contractors, agents, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website, content, programs, products, services, third-party platforms, or your reliance on information provided.

Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dawn Corbin PLLC and its owners, contractors, and agents from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website or materials, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an offering, community, account, or protected materials if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, misused intellectual property, engaged in unlawful conduct, threatened another participant, or materially disrupted a program. Any payment obligations and provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another law must apply. Any dispute not otherwise resolved by agreement will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. These Terms, together with any program-specific terms, checkout disclosures, or written agreements that apply to a purchase, form the agreement governing your use of the applicable offering.
